Our new raku kiln is unlike anything we've seen. We picked everything we would want in a mobile raku kiln and designed it so anyone can have a great firing.
Let the kiln do the work for you
You don't have to worry about lifting a heavy chamber over red-hot kiln shelves and hoping you don't knock anything over. This kiln opens like a clam shell, but vertically, allowing full access to the kiln shelves. A simple latch holds the chamber sealed tightly.

Simply connect the included burner and hose to a standard 5-gallon propane tank and start firing!
Our "Blaze Barrel" Raku kiln was designed to be easy to use by one person, to be self-contained and mobile. No bricks to stack up or lifting and will roll away for storage when you are finished. The burner is attached and enters at a 45-degree angle under the inside edge of the chamber which creates a vortex effect with the flame pattern for even firing.
The kiln comes with an 8-foot rubber hose with regulator to connect to a propane bottle.
The Blaze Barrel Raku kiln built like a tank, and lined with 2" of 8-pound density ceramic fiber- twice as thick as many raku kilns. Venturi burner with safety shut-off is also included. This kiln is very popular with those who don't have a permanent area for Raku firing.
